How the Dashboard Works

The Dashboard is your central home base for AI visibility analytics. It brings together filters, time controls, and key metrics so you can understand how your brand and competitors are showing up across AI systems.

Filters

At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll find a robust set of filters that allow you to slice analytics by dimensions such as:

  • Tags

  • Foundation model provider

  • Prompts

  • Intent

  • Competitor

  • Domain

  • Page URL

  • Page type

You can also adjust the date range. By default, Search Party tracks prompt responses daily, and over time your account builds up an increasingly rich dataset for analysis.

Metrics

Within the Dashboard, you’ll see a set of core analytics including:

  • Brand health

  • Share of voice

  • Sentiment

  • Content effectiveness

  • Citation rate

  • Visibility score

  • Industry rankings

  • Top source pages and domains

  • Visibility by provider

  • Sentiment by provider

These metrics update continuously as new prompt responses are collected and analyzed.
