How It Works

By default, Search Party queries the foundation models linked to your account every 24 hours. This refresh cadence provides a consistent stream of data that makes it possible to see how your visibility shifts over time and how sources evolve.

For Enterprise plans, shorter refresh rates (every 12 hours) can be requested, but in most cases 24 hours is more than sufficient. The key metric to focus on is visibility trends and how they change over time, rather than ultra-frequent checks.

Key Benefits

  • Consistent, automatic querying without manual effort

  • Reliable visibility tracking across days and weeks

  • Ability to spot long-term trends and shifts in model outputs

  • Enterprise flexibility for faster refresh (12 hours) if needed

Common Use Cases

  • Marketing: Monitoring how brand visibility develops week over week

  • Product marketing: Tracking how product perception shifts in different funnels

  • Enterprise teams: Requesting 12-hour refresh for high-stakes product launches or campaigns where rapid trend detection matters

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Prompts are automatically refreshed every 24 hours by default

  2. View results over time in your analytics dashboard

  3. For Enterprise accounts, contact support to enable a 12-hour refresh rate

  4. Focus on visibility changes and source evolution across refresh cycles
