We do our best to respond to all support inquiries as quickly as possible. During regular work hours, our team will handle tickets in real time. If you reach out after hours, we’ll address your request the next business day.

Most customers also benefit from a dedicated Slack channel that’s automatically created when they sign up. This channel provides direct access to our team for questions, troubleshooting, and quick collaboration, often faster than email.
